Under the five year agreement BP will provide BigOil.net services to all their new and existing independent fuel retailers. The BigOil service will provide dealers with daily fuel pricing data based on their site-specific supply contracts.

Tim Laffan, BP Retail’s commercial fuels manager, said: “BP is at the forefront of delivering world class services to our independent fuel retailers. We are the first oil company in Europe to offer such a service which illustrates pricing transparency to our customers.”

Darren Briggs, Big Oil managing director, said: “BigOil.net gives every user a unique insight into fuel pricing for their site. I’m thrilled that BP shares our vision of price transparency and they have demonstrated this with this agreement to provide BigOil.net’s independent fuel price data to their dealers.
