Pantheon has recommended that retailers invest in its heavy duty PSK soup kettle this winter. According to the company, the pot heats up to 10 litres of soup and holds it at the optimum serving temperature until needed. The unit is easy to use with a neon light indicating that it is switched on. The retailer simply selects a high position on the temperature dial to heat the soup and then lowers it to maintain the required temperature. Meanwhile, only the inner stainless steel container and lid have direct contact with food and both are described as 'dishwasher safe'.
