Evian's Detox campaign is back for the eighth consecutive year, with a £1.5m marketing campaign. The campaign capitalises on consumers' start-of-year health drive and will reach them through a variety of media including outdoor and press. Detox 08 will communicate the purity of Evian and the role it plays within body renewal, as 60% of the body is made up of water. Every six weeks the water in your body is mostly renewed by what you drink. Steve Flanagan, category strategy manager at Danone Waters, says: "Throughout January, bottled water provides one of the only growth areas for soft drinks in store, with 91% of this growth coming from plain water. We recommend retailers take advantage of the sales opportunity from consumers' start of year health kick." To celebrate the launch of the latest campaign, Danone is giving away two outers of 50cl Evian Detox to five retailers. |
